Just a short note to let you know that since we, Kirby Associate,
dba Roto Rooter, got together with Com Link our business has
increased. We no longer have to worry when a call for service comes
in. We know that it will be taken sight of in a very professional

The Lord’s Table Church of God began using the UNICALL System by
Com-Link Ltd two weeks ago. Already, the digital answering system
has greatly enhanced the trafficking of our telephone calls. It.
serves as a digital secretary routing our calls to the appropriate
person/department. In addition, it is able to forward my calls to my
cell phone, home phone or any other phone I choose, thus allowing me
to give out ONE phone number and retrieve messages from ONE Voice
mail.
Prior to the UNICALL system I had an office number, fax number, cell
number and home number. If someone was trying to find me, they often
times had to call more than one number, leaving more than one voice
mail. Now, I simply give out one number and the UNICALL system finds
me at whatever number I may be. My time is better managed; my cell
minutes are down; and I receive my calls more timely since switching
to the UNICALL system. Before we found the UNICALL system, we
checked into purchasing and/or leasing a switching system. The
figures were in the thousands and we wouldn‘t have received all the
features we now have. I strongly urge you to try it for yourself!

to tell you how happy we are with our new phone answering service.
As you know, I was very skeptical
about how well this would work for us when we first talked. Because we
have four separate divisions in our company, with four key people, I was
worried we would not get messages to the right parties.
The system you put in place for us
has by far exceeded our expectations. In fact, it has been one of the
best decisions I have made in a long time. And as you said, it is a lot
cheaper than having some one answer the phone, we have eliminated the need
for a receptionist altogether.
